The North/South...That's what I figured, Ramesh. The North/South divide is strong. The difference in cuisine between Xi'an and Dongguan is huge.<br /><br />I admire you being a vegetarian in China. I think it's a tough place to be one. Chinese food pretty much across the board is very meaty.<br /><br />I had friends who were vegetarians in Xi'an.
